Litigation
Harasch Yakubi advises international and national companies on collective and individual employment law issues. A focus of his work is on large-scale reorganization and restructuring projects. He also has particular expertise in litigation and supports our clients in mass proceedings and complex court proceedings.
Harasch Yakubi studied law at the Universities of Münster and Maastricht. As part of his practical legal training, he worked inter alia in Singapore. Before Seitz, he worked for two international law firms in employment law in Berlin and respectively Frankfurt.
