Gizem Erdogan advises international and national companies on individual and collective employment law. Her practice focuses on the preparation and implementation of employment law restructurings, advising on the establishment to the termination of employment relationships, and litigation.
She also has special and wide-ranging expertise in the areas of outside personnel assignments, employment relationships with a foreign connection and residence law. In particular, she supports our clients in the structuring of cross-border employee assignments as well as in the implementation of the necessary visa and residence procedures.
