Gabriele Kania advises companies on individual and collective labor law and on the interface between labor and social security law. The focus of her advice is on the use of external personnel, the problem of bogus self-employment and the support of company audits. In addition, she supports our clients in the structuring of cross-border labor law and social security law issues.
In addition, she is jointly responsible for Seitz’s knowledge management.
Gabriele Kania studied at the University of Cologne and graduated with Prof. Dr. Dres. h.c. Peter Hanau on the subject of „The pension insurance institutions as a control authority under labor law“. She also holds an additional qualification as Diplom-Verwaltungswirtin.
