
Elisabeth Miesen supports national and international companies in all matters of individual and collective employment law. She advises our clients not only in a legally sound manner, but also pragmatically on all employment law issues, in particular in connection with hiring and termination procedures, restructuring measures and collective bargaining and works constitutionlaw matters. Another focus of her work is advising executives. She also protects our clients fromthe legal risks involved in dealing with external personnel.
She has been recognized as a recommended lawyer by The Legal 500 Germany 2023 & The Legal 500 EMEA 2023.
Elisabeth Miesen studied law at the Universities of Augsburg and Munich. From 2016 to 2023, she worked for an international corporate law firm as an attorney and specialist for employmentlaw, most recently as a partner.
