Elisa Kottlors advises national and international companies on individual and collective labour law. Her focus is on accompanying reorganisation and restructuring processes, from strategic planning through to final implementation, including negotiations with works councils and trade unions. In addition to providing ongoing advice to employers, she also advises comprehensively on matters relating to works constitution law and collective bargaining law. Furthermore, as an experienced litigator, Elisa Kottlors represents companies, in particular in complex labour court proceedings, and supports them in conciliation proceedings.
Elisa Kottlors studied law and European law at the University of Würzburg, where she obtained her doctorate on issues relating to EU law, constitutional law and collective bargaining law in the context of the maximum assignment period following the 2017 reform of the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG). Prior to joining Seitz, she practised employment law for several years at renowned commercial law firms in Munich.
