Elisa Grote advises international and national clients on all legal issues in the field of individual and collective employment law. Her practice focuses in particular on works council matters and employment-related restructuring projects.

Elisa Grote studied law at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and completed her legal traineeship with the Frankfurt Higher Regional Court. During her traineeship, she undertook placements with an international law firm specialising in employment law as well as at the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Toronto. Prior to this, she worked as a research assistant for different law firms with a focus on employment law.
