Volker Balda has more than 25 years experience in advising German and international corporates, financial investors, family-owned businesses, family offices and private clients on all types of inbound and outbound M&A transactions, reorganisations, restructurings and more generally on all aspects of corporate law. He has a particular focus on mid-market transactions which require not only excellent legal know-how but also an efficient transaction management as well as pragmatic negotiation skills.
Prior to joining Seitz Volker Balda has worked at several international law firms.
