Dr. Oliver Heutz advises national and international companies as well as individuals on all matters of tax law. A focus of his work is supporting clients in complex tax audits as well as in tax authority and fiscal court proceedings. Additionally, he defends clients in tax and commercial criminal proceedings.
Dr. Oliver Heutz studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University in Bonn. He successfully completed his doctorate at the Institute for Tax Law at the University of Cologne (Prof. Dr. Hey) in 2022. He gained additional experience in tax law during his five years as a research assistant at a renowned tax law firm in Bonn and his three-month elective stage at a commercial law firm in New York, USA.
