Lukas Preuß advises and represents international and national companies on all matters relating to individual and collective labor law. His expertise covers all aspects of labor law. Lukas Preuß has particular expertise in providing labor law advice to craft associations and companies.
Lukas Preuß studied law at the Free University of Berlin. He received his doctorate in law from Friedrich Schiller University in Jena in 2024 with a dissertation on “Guilds and Guild Associations in Collective Bargaining Law.” He passed his second state examination at the Berlin Court of Appeal. During his legal training, he completed internships at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, in the labor law department of several large commercial law firms, and at a start-up company. Before joining Seitz, Lukas Preuß worked as a lawyer in the labor law department of an international commercial law firm.
