Johanna Bischoff advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective labor law, as well as at the intersection with social security law. Her practice focuses in particular on collective bargaining and works council law, as well as providing labor law support for restructuring projects, transactions, and post-merger integrations. She also has particular expertise in litigation and supports our clients in complex court proceedings.
Johanna Bischoff studied law at the University of Cologne, where she earned her doctorate in 2021 with a dissertation on “Individual Contractual Repayment Clauses for Training and Continuing Education Costs.” She also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Union Law from the University of Amsterdam.
