Jessica Greif advises and represents international and national companies in all fields of individual and collective employment law. She has particular experience in labour related compliance issues (for instance avoidance of bogus self-employment, legally secure use of external personnel). Due to her doctoral thesis on various forms of sexual harassment Jessica Greif has the necessary sensitivity and expertise about labour related MeToo-cases.
Jessica Greif studied law at the University of Augsburg. She completed her second state examination at the Higher Regional Court of Munich. During her elective stage she worked for a commercial law firm in the field of labour related compliance.
In 2022 Jessica Greif received her doctorate from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. For her doctoral thesis she has been honoured with a faculty award.
