Haakon Richter works as a tax lawyer at Seitz. He advises national and international companies and entrepreneurs on all matters of tax law. He specializes in advising on national and cross-border corporate restructurings and tax-centered succession planning. He also advises clients on disputes with the tax authorities and represents them in fiscal court proceedings.
Before joining Seitz, Haakon Richter worked for more than three years as an associate in the tax department of a leading international law firm in Düsseldorf.
Haakon Richter studied law at the University of Münster and spent a semester abroad at Waikato University in New Zealand. He received his doctorate in tax law from the University of Münster.
