Clemens Vogeler advises national and international companies in all sectors on individual and collective employment law. One focus of his work is on major restructuring projects, including the negotiation of collective agreements.

Clemens Vogeler also advises on all aspects of employment law, from the establishment to the termination of employment relationships, as well as on collective bargaining and works constitution law.

He studied law at the University of Hamburg and the University of Münster, from which he received his doctorate in law in 2023. During his legal internship, he completed placements at an international commercial law firm, a large national company, and the German Embassy in Belgrade, among others.

Together with his clients, he develops pragmatic and sustainable solutions that are legally sound and economically viable. His focus is on close cooperation – from strategic advice and legal enforcement to the long-term structuring of employment relationships.
