Christoph Gerhard advises international and national companies on collective and individual labor and employment law. His work focuses on (out-of-court) litigation and the strategic preparation of lawsuits. Christoph Gerhard has a wealth of experience, strong negotiating skills and extensive practice in this field, which allows him to quickly grasp the issues in labor law disputes. He also regularly deals with matters of works constitution law.
Christoph Gerhard studied at the Philipps University of Marburg and worked – before his legal clerkship in Frankfurt am Main – as a research assistant at the Philipps University of Marburg and in two renowned large law firms while completing his doctorate.
