Benedikt Bangen advises our clients in all areas of commercial and corporate law. He works for corporations and partnerships as well as their corporate bodies and shareholders.

His main areas of practice include compliance and corporate governance as well as directors‘ and officers‘ liability and D&O insurance. He is also responsible for court and out-of-court litigation and dispute resolution in complex corporate law matters.

Benedikt Bangen studied law with a focus on corporate law and completed a master’s degree in business law (LL.M.) at the University of Cologne. Afterwards, he wrote his doctoral thesis on a topic concerning the law of limited liability companies. During his legal clerkship in Münster, he worked in Brussels (Belgium), Düsseldorf and Windhoek (Namibia).
