Christina Kamppeter assists our clients in all matters of individual and collective employment law. One focus of her more than 15 years of practice is the support of restructuring and transformation projects as well as the design and goal-oriented negotiation of sustainable working conditions with trade unions, personnel and works councils. She represents our clients in court, in particular in difficult separation processes and fundamental disputes, regularly up to the BAG (Federal Labor Court). She also has special experience in the area of compliance, including the investigation of MeToo allegations and the structuring of external personnel assignments.
Christina Kamppeter is a sought-after lecturer for specialist events and training courses. Among other things, she has been one of Germany’s recommended employment lawyers in Best Lawyers since 2021.
She studied at the Universities of Leipzig, Freiburg i.Br. and Glasgow, where she obtained her Master of Laws.
