Christian Frank is a tax advisor in the tax department at Seitz.
He advises companies as well as private individuals on tax law and business management issues as well as on ongoing tax declarations. One focus of his work includes advising groups of companies, among other things, on the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS, as well as young companies and start-ups, including their shareholders, in all tax matters, in particular also in upcoming transaction processes.
Christian Frank studied at the Hochschule für Finanzen NRW (North Rhine-Westphalia College of Finance) in Nordkirchen and was appointed tax advisor in 2016. He has been working for various large and medium-sized law firms with a tax law focus since 2013.
