Chiara Witte completed a degree in Communication Design, receiving an award from the Art Directors Club Germany for her thesis in 2020. She then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Design Management from the University of Southampton in the UK.

During her studies, she gained her first practical experience as a freelance designer, working at a creative agency in Dortmund, among other places. After graduating, she worked as an Account Manager at a communications and advertising agency in Cologne, before moving to a boutique consulting firm as a Brand Consultant.

Since September 2025, Chiara Witte is working as a Project and Marketing Manager at Seitz. In this role, she oversees the strategic development and implementation of marketing measures, as well as external presentation and internal communication.
