Caroline Gotzen advises our international and national clients in all areas of individual and collective labor law. Her practice focuses on collective bargaining and works constitution law as well as restructuring projects. She accompanies our clients‘ projects from conception to implementation in practice.
Caroline Gotzen studied law at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. As part of her second degree in German and French law, she also obtained a Master 2 „Juriste Franco-Allemand“ and a Master of Laws at the Université de Bourgogne in Dijon in 2017. She passed her Second State Examination in Mainz and Frankfurt, after which she was admitted to the bar. Before joining Seitz, Caroline Gotzen already worked as an attorney in the field of employment law in other commercial law firms.
