Alexander Windel’s practice focuses on stock corporation law, corporate litigation and the drafting of commercial contracts.

Due to his advising of stock corporations on an ongoing basis, Alexander Windel has special expertise and experience in stock corporation and capital markets law. He assists these corporations in preparing and conducting their annual general meetings, advises on supervisory board and management board matters and on complex capital measures. In addition, he supports our clients in all compliance matters, including the implementation of compliance systems and compliance due diligences.

Alexander Windel studied in Bonn and Warsaw and completed his practical legal training with stages in Cologne, Aachen, Malta and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Before joining Seitz, Alexander Windel worked for a major international law firm in Munich.
