Alena Jost advises international and national companies on all matters of individual and collective labor and employment law. The focus of her work is on collective bargaining and works constitution law as well as on employment and labor law restructuring projects.

Alena Jost studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. She passed her second state law examination in Hanau and Frankfurt, whereupon she was admitted to the bar. During her studies and legal clerkship, she focused on specializing in employment and labor law. Before joining Seitz, Alena Jost had already worked for several years as a research assistant in the field of labor law in other commercial law firms.
