Timo Pulat advises national and international companies in all sectors of individual and collective employment law. One focus of his work is on major restructuring projects, including the negotiation of collective agreements.
Timo Pulat also advises on all aspects of employment law, from the establishment to the termination of employment relationships, as well as collective bargaining and works constitution law.
He studied law at the University of Cologne with a focus on employment and social law. During his studies, Timo Pulat worked for many years as a legal assistant at Seitz. During his practical legal training, he spent time in New York, USA, among other places. In 2023, he received his doctorate in law with the topic: „Scope of the right of access by the data subject under Art. 15 GDPR with reference to employment law practice“.
