Malek Park-Said advises international and national companies on collective and individual employment law. The focus of his practice is advising on individual employment law matters regarding the establishment and termination of employment relationships as well as on the preparation and implementation of employment law restructurings.
He specializes in collective bargaining law, industrial action law and sports employment law.
Malek Park-Said studied at the University of Cologne. During his extended research work as an assistant at the Institute for German and European Employment and Social Law at the chair of Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Ulrich Preis, he received his doctorate in law with the topic: „The personal scope of collective bargaining power“.
