Kay Pipoh advises our clients on all matters of corporate law and on structural measures under corporate law. One of his main areas of practice is assisting in (corporate) disputes – out of court, before state courts and arbitration tribunals. He therefore also regularly advises on the drafting of arbitration agreements.
After studying in Bielefeld and Düsseldorf, Kay Pipoh worked at the chair of Prof. Dr. Christian Kersting at the University of Düsseldorf. Here, he also coached the team to participate in the arbitration law Vis Moot Court. In 2020, he received his doctorate with an arbitration (procedural) law thesis.
During his practical legal training, he completed stages at the German Embassy in Riga, in the dispute team of a leading major law firm, and at the Ministry of the Interior of North Rhine-Westphalia, among other things. Prior to joining Seitz, Kay Pipoh was a lawyer in a leading corporate law boutique.
