Tilo Hennecke advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

He particularly supports clients in employment law matters relating to restructurings, M&A transactions and occupational pension schemes.

Tilo Hennecke studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and gained initial practical experience in employment law as a research assistant during his studies. During his legal traineeship, he further developed his expertise through placements at Seitz and at a renowned international law firm in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions.
