Marina Bumeder advises international and national companies on all legal issues relating to collective and individual labour law. One focus of her work is providing labor law advice on corporate restructuring and in employment court proceedings.
Furthermore, she focuses on providing employment law advice on the sale or acquisition of companies and parts of companies. She assists our clients in the preparation, negotiation and closing of transactions.
Marina Bumeder studied at the University of Regensburg. She then worked as a research assistant in the area of employment law. During her legal clerkship, she worked for an international commercial law firm in the area of employment law and in the legal department of a company. Before joining Seitz, Marina Bumeder worked for several years as a lawyer in international commercial law firms in Munich in the area of employment law.
