Inke Möcklinghoff advises and assists international and national companies in particular in employment reorganizations and restructurings including carve-out projects. Her work focusses on strategic project planning and negotiations with works councils and trade unions. She has significant practical experience on the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, reconciliation of interests, social plans and voluntary redundancy programs, as well as managing the organizational implementation of operational changes. She also represents international and national companies in arbitration boards and complex labour court proceedings.
Another focus of Inke’s work is supporting and representing companies in comprehensive negotiations with works councils regarding the development of new working conditions.
