Franziska Viersbach advises national and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. Her practice focuses in particular on employment-related restructuring projects, representing clients in employment law litigation, and advising on matters of collective bargaining law and works constitution law.

Franziska Viersbach studied law at the University of Bonn and completed her legal traineeship in Cologne. During her traineeship, she worked with the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in Frankfurt am Main as well as with an international law firm. She further expanded her international experience through a traineeship station in Cape Town. Prior to joining Seitz, Franziska Viersbach worked as in-house counsel specialising in employment law for a German employers’ association.
